Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced carrots
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 celery stalks
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. herb stuffing
    1/3 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Cook carrots; drain and cool.
    Saute onion and celery in butter.
    Add soup, salt, pepper and cheese.
    Add carrots, stir until covered.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Cover with stuffing mixture mixed with melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
