Smoky Peas And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 small potatoes
    1 (No. 2) can peas
    6 slices bacon
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 2/3 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    16 oz. pkg. cheese
Preparation
    Cook whole potatoes in salted water until done.
    Drain.
    Drain peas.
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Drain.
    In saucepan, melt butter. Add flour, salt, pepper, paprika and milk.
    Cook until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted.
    Combine potatoes and peas in greased casserole.
    Pour on sauce.
    Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
    Bake in oven at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serves 6.
