Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. minced onion
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, pepper, onion, cheese, margarine, mushroom soup, chicken soup and sour cream.
    Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Top with 2 cups crushed Ritz crackers with 1/4 cup melted margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
