Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) chicken
2 qt. water
salt to taste
3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. Crisco
3/4 c. buttermilk or enough to make a real stiff dough
Preparation

Cook chicken until done (I cook mine in pressure cooker). Remove chicken from bone and set aside.
