Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. melted butter
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. finely shredded Swiss cheese (about 1 oz.)
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 clove minced garlic
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Break off stems of 12 to 14 mushrooms and discard.
Brush mushroom caps with butter and place on baking sheet.
Mix together remaining butter with other ingredients. Fill each cap with approximately 1 teaspoon of filling.
Bake 5 minutes and then broil until golden.
