German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    5 slices bacon
    1 minced onion
    1 tsp. flour
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    speck of pepper
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 to 3 grated eggs
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender.
    Drain, peel and dice.
    Saute bacon and onion together until brown.
    Stir in flour; add vinegar, water and spices.
    Cook until mixture thickens.
    Stir constantly. Remove from heat and pour over potatoes, celery and eggs.
    Fold together.
    Serve hot or cold.
