Beef In Burgundy Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. thin sliced carrots
    1/4 lb. mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/2 c. Burgundy wine
    cooked rice or noodles
Preparation
    Slice meat into thin strips; brown in oil.
    Remove from pan. Saute onions and carrots until carrots are tender-crisp.
    Add mushrooms and cook 2 minutes.
    Stir in flour, salt, pepper and thyme.
    Gradually add broth and wine; return meat to pan.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until meat is tender.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
