Sourdough Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. proofed sourdough batter
1 c. corn meal (self-rising)
1 c. corn kernels
Preparation

Mix ingredients; let set for 1 hour before frying.
Drop balls of batter about the size of walnut into deep fat; cook until they float and are golden brown.
Turn one time.
Do not put too many into the fat at once.
