Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cake flour
2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. water
3 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix flour and sugar together; set aside. Mix margarine, shortening, water and cocoa in saucepan and allow to come to a boil. Pour over the flour mixture and mix well. Beat buttermilk, eggs, vanilla, salt and soda together. Add to the flour mixture and stir well. Pour into a greased and floured 11 x 11 pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
