Fluffy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
    hot milk
    1/3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
    1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Season mashed potatoes with salt and pepper.
    Add enough hot milk to whip lightly.
    Spread into 1 1/2-quart dish.
    Blend cheese into whipped cream and pour over potatoes.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
