Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 chicken cutlets
flour
vegetable oil
2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. Marsala wine
paprika to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Dust chicken lightly in flour.
Heat oil in skillet.
Quickly saute chicken until golden.
Transfer slices to casserole or serving dish.
Sprinkle with paprika.
