Texas Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped ripe olives
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. rice
    2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil.
    Add olives, onion, celery, green pepper and rice and saute together.
    Add tomatoes, water and seasonings and bring to a full boil.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Serves 6 to 8.
