Guacamole Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large ripe avocados
    1 large peeled tomato, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. minced black olives
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. ground coriander
    juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
    salt
Preparation
    Mash and mix thoroughly.
    Use an avocado pit in center to keep guacamole from turning dark.
    Makes 1 to 1 1/2 cups.
