Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1 stick oleo
5 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 c. flour
3 c. cold milk
6 potatoes, cubed
Preparation

Cook potatoes in small pan (salted) until tender.
In another pan, saute onions in oleo.
Add bouillon cubes.
Add flour making a roux; stir.
Add milk, stirring constantly, until the sauce starts to thicken.
Add potatoes and the water they are in to milk mixture.
Stir until well mixed.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
