Special "K" Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients

12 oz. box Special K cereal
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 large onion
1/2 c. oil
green and red peppers, chopped
garlic powder to taste
2 eggs
Washington seasoning (4 to 6 packets)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Place in loaf pan and let bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
