Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. chicken cutlets or breasts
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. sliced mushrooms
5 oz. chicken broth
5 oz. white wine
1 Tbsp. Dijon or favorite mustard
1 Tbsp. oil
cornstarch
Preparation

Clean chicken; place in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Saute garlic, onion, celery and mushrooms in oil.
When tender, add broth, wine and mustard.
Thicken with cornstarch.
Pour over chicken.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
