California Shrimp Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. minced green onion
    1/2 c. finely diced celery
    2 tsp. curry powder or to taste
    2 c. cleaned, shelled and cooked shrimp
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, saute green onion, celery, curry powder and shrimp in butter for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in flour.
    Off heat, add milk.
    Cook, stirring over low heat until thickened.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in lemon juice and seasoned salt.
    Serve over cooked rice.
    Serves 4.
    May be doubled.
