Oyster Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pt. oysters (standard size)
    1 stick butter
    2 cans evaporated milk
    1/2 gal. whole milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bring to a boil (do not scorch).
    Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
