Cola Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, skinned
2/3 c. ketchup
12 oz. diet cola
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine cola and ketchup in skillet.
Salt and pepper chicken and place in skillet.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 1 hour or until tender.
Each serving equals 3 protein and 20 optional calories.
