Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (18 to 20 oz.)
1 1/2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Cook vegetables and drain.
Mix with next 3 ingredients. Place in casserole.
Combine cracker crumbs with margarine and spread over top of vegetables.
Bake in 350\u00b0
oven until bubbly (30 to 45 minutes).
