Broiled Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large tomatoes
    6 saltine cracker, crumbled
    2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    worcestershire sauce to taste
    soy sauce to taste
    salt and pepper
    parmesan cheese, grated
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cut tomatoes in half and scoop out about 1/3 of each half. Chop the pulp.
    Mix with cracker crumbs, bacon, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
    Stuff each half with the above and top with cheese and cracker crumbs.
    Brown under broiler.
    Serves 4.
