Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 loin pork chops, 1-inch thick
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. dehydrated onion soup mix
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Brown chops lightly in hot skillet.
    Remove to baking pan. Pour fat from skillet, leaving about 1 tablespoon in pan.
    Add flour and onion soup mix.
    Blend in water.
    Pour over chops. Cover with foil; bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Uncover, bake 30 to 40 minutes longer or until tender.
