Beef Roundup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    4 crushed crackers
    4 Tbsp. milk or cream
    1 lb. hamburger, browned
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix well and form into rolls; wrap with cabbage leaf.
    Secure with a toothpick.
    Place rolls in pan and add tomatoes.
    Cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for an hour or until tender.
