Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. water
    4 c. pecan halves
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine egg white and water.
    Add nuts, stir to coat nuts; set aside.
    In a bag, combine remaining dry ingredients.
    Add pecans and shake to coat thoroughly.
    Spread on greased baking sheet. Bake at 275\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven, use a fork to flip nuts onto waxed paper to cool.
    Store in a tightly sealed container.
    Yields 4 cups.
