Stromboli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 loaves frozen bread dough
1 lb. ham, thinly sliced
3/4 lb. salami, thinly sliced
1 lb. Provolone cheese, sliced
3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 onion, sliced (optional)
1/2 lb. sauteed fresh mushrooms (optional)
oregano
basil
Preparation

Allow dough to thaw at room temperature, about 1 hour.
Pull dough lengthwise.
Stretch each loaf to form a rectangle about 6 x 12-inches.
Down center of rectangle, layer 1/2 the ham, salami, cheeses, onions and mushrooms, if desired.
Be sure to overlap ingredients among layers.
Sprinkle with oregano and basil.
Fold both sides of dough to meet at middle.
Pinch seams together. Repeat with 2nd rectangle and remaining ingredients.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Slice and serve immediately.
