Sugarless Spice Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raisins
1 c. prunes, cut up
2 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/4 c. Sweet 'N Low (10 packs)
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook raisins
and prunes in 2 cups water until water is gone. Cool.

and
applesauce together. Mix
in other ingredients.\tMix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes in 13 x 9 x 2-inch greased pan.
Cool.
Keep in refrigerator.
