Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
    1 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 small jar pimento strips
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish, except potato chips.
    Top with crushed potato chips and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
