Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cream together margarine, sugar and flour.
    Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk.
    Pour into 2 (9-inch) unbaked pie crusts.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cover edges of pie crust with aluminum foil to prevent browning too fast.
