Biscuits And Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lg. can biscuits, cut in half
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 egg slightly beaten
    1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Place one set of biscuit halves in bottom of baking dish. Saute' ground beef, onion and green pepper.
    Add chili powder, garlic salt, shredded cheese (save 3/4 c. for top), sour cream, egg and tomato sauce.
    Stir together and pour over biscuits. Place remaining biscuits on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
