Pecan Pie Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. dark syrup
    1 1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix shortening, brown sugar, flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Mix as pie crust and pat into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
