Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked, peeled and deveined shrimp
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. pickle relish
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/3 c. low-fat mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 tbsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 tomatoes
    6 lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except tomatoes and lettuce leaves. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Then when ready to serve, cut tomatoes in half, making zigzag, cutting to make 6 halves.
    Then put on lettuce leaves.
    Top with shrimp salad, divided into 6 equal portions.
