Weight Watchers Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. milk (approximately)
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 slice bread, crumbled
    1 small apple
Preparation
    Beat egg, add a little milk, cinnamon and mix with bread. Grate small apple.
    Spray pan with Pam, pour batter on pan, put grated apple on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
