Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced squash
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. crushed unsalted crackers
    1 (0.4 oz.) envelope buttermilk Ranch style dressing (dry)
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. soft bread crumbs or crackers
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook squash with onions according to directions, omitting salt; drain well, pressing between paper towels.
    Combine squash mixture, mayonnaise and next 4 ingredients in lightly greased 2-quart pan.
    Combine crackers or bread crumbs and butter over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
