Teriyaki Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. ground ginger or fresh ginger root
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
Preparation

Marinate meat for 3 or 4 hours, turning several times.
This is great for steak or for chicken to cook on the grill.
