Sally'S Shrimp Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut in chunks
    1 large onion, cut in chunks
    1 qt. water
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 lb. fresh, peeled shrimp
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
Preparation
    In a large pot, boil potatoes and onion in the water until tender.
    Do not drain off the water.
    Add the soups and heat until soup dissolves.
    Add shrimp and simmer until shrimp is red throughout.
    Stir in pepper and horseradish.
    Serves 4 to 6.
