Catfish Court Bouillon(Coo By Awn) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 stalks celery, chopped fine
    2 medium onions, chopped fine
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 large can tomatoes, chopped up
    2 cans tomato paste
    1 large can water
    1/4 lemon, sliced including rind
    1 garlic clove, chopped fine
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Stew slowly for 2 hours.
    Chop 2 pounds catfish into bite size chunks.
    Add catfish to stew.
    Simmer for 20 minutes without stirring.
