Shrimp Steamed In Beer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. shrimp in shell
    8 leaves Boston lettuce
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
    1 stick butter, melted
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Preparation
    Wash shrimp.
    In large steamer, layer shrimp and lettuce. Pour beer over top.
    Cover and heat to boiling.
    Steam shrimp 15 to 20 minutes or until pink.
    Drain shrimp, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
