Corn Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. corn, cut off
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
3 Tbsp. bacon fat
3/4 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
-
Saute corn, onions and green pepper in bacon fat for 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
