Hot Fudge Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1 (12 oz.) bag milk chocolate chips
    1 c. white Karo syrup
    1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a double boiler and just melt chocolate.
    Do not cook.
    This is to be used for hot fudge cake or ice cream.
