Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
1 (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to directions on box.
Add cheese and 1/2 stick of butter to broccoli and stir until melted.
Pour mixture into casserole dish.
Crumble crackers on top of mixture. Melt remaining butter and then pour on top of crackers.
Cook in oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
