Popovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. salad oil
1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Lightly grease 8 (5 ounce) custard cups.
In medium bowl, with rotary beater, beat eggs, milk and oil until well combined.
Sift flour with salt over egg mixture; beat just until smooth.
Pour batter into prepared custard cups, filling each about half full.
Bake on large cookie sheet for 45 to 50 minutes or until deep golden brown.
Serve hot.
