Zucchini Triangles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    1 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    dash of pepper
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bake in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 350\u00b0 until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
    Cut into triangles.
