Idiot Pie(Any Idiot Can Make It) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (No. 3) can crushed pineapple
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
2 graham cracker pie crusts

Preparation

Put dry pudding mix in bowl.
Dump in crushed pineapple and stir.
Add marshmallows and mix well.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour into a graham cracker pie crust.
Refrigerate 2 or 3 hours.
This makes 2 pies and will keep 2 weeks.
If desired, sprinkle with coconut.
