Mom'S Parkerhouse Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 1/2 c. warm milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add milk, sugar, oil and salt. Add enough flour to make dough.
    I sometimes use 1/2 of whole wheat flour along with the white flour.
    Knead until smooth.
    Let rise in a greased bowl.
    Roll out to about 3/8-inch thick.
    Cut with a round cookie cutter.
    (I use a large mouth jar ring.)
    Add a bit of margarine to each, fold in half and place on a cookie sheet.
    Let rise again.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown, 12 to 15 minutes.
    Rub tops with margarine when you take out of oven.
