Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. onion
1/2 c. Swiss cheese
3/4 c. chopped dried beef
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Bake potatoes until done.
Slice off tops and spoon hot potatoes into bowl.
Break up potatoes with fork.
Lightly toss all ingredients together, reserving cheese for topping.
Place in baking pan.
Top with cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
