Tangy Fruit And Nut Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage, shredded (about 2 lb.)
    1 small red cabbage, shredded (about 1 lb.)
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained
    1/2 c. shredded carrots
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients; toss well.
    Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients, stirring until smooth.
    Pour over cabbage mixture.
    Toss well.
    Chill covered.
