Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 eggs, separated
    1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
    4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    sharp cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook and drain spinach well.
    Beat egg yolks; mash cream cheese and add to hot soup.
    Add spinach, beaten egg whites and Parmesan cheese.
    Put in casserole dish; top with cheese or French fried onion rings.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
