Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 or 4 lb.) cabbage
5 celery stalks
5 carrots
1 green pepper
1 large onion
1 (2 lb.) can tomatoes (optional)
1 lb. box light brown sugar
1 pt. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard seed
2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Grind the cabbage, celery, carrots, onion and tomatoes. Set aside.
