Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
1 c. onions
1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise
1 to 2 c. diced cheese (Velveeta)
10 to 15 Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Mix vegetables, onions, mayonnaise and cheese together. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until cracker crumbs are brown.
