Ritz Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites (room temperature)
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    14 Ritz crackers, crushed (not too fine)
    2/3 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until dry, stiff peaks form.
    Gradually add sugar and baking powder, beating well after each addition.
    Add crushed Ritz crackers and chopped nuts.
    Bake in an 8 or 9-inch well-greased pie plate. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0, then bake pie at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool pie.
    Cover with whipped cream flavored with vanilla.
